By downloading or using DigGems ("Find Cute Pets", "找到萌宠", "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

下载或使用 DigGems（找到萌宠 / Find Cute Pets，「本应用」）即表示您同意本用户协议。如不同意，请勿使用本应用。

1. License / 许可

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DigGems for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

我们授予您有限的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的个人非商业娱乐使用许可。

2. Acceptable Use / 合理使用

• Do not reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App / 不得逆向工程、修改或滥用本应用
• Do not use cheats, bots, or unauthorized tools / 不得使用作弊、机器人或未经授权的第三方工具
• Do not interfere with normal operation / 不得干扰本应用的正常运行
• Do not manipulate leaderboards or cloud progress / 不得操纵排行榜或云端进度

3. Advertisements / 广告

The App is free and may be supported by Google AdMob ads. You may see consent dialogs via Google UMP and ATT prompts on iOS.

本应用免费，可能通过 Google AdMob 展示广告。可能通过 Google UMP 显示同意弹窗，并在 iOS 上请求 ATT 跟踪权限。

4. Online Features / 联网功能

Optional features may include leaderboards, ads, sharing, and cloud progress sync via third-party platforms and backends.

可选功能包括排行榜、广告、分享，以及通过第三方平台与云后端进行的进度同步。

5. Intellectual Property / 知识产权

All content in the App is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or distribute without permission.

应用内内容均归我们或授权方所有，未经许可不得复制或分发。

6. Disclaimer / 免责声明

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

本应用按「现状」提供，不作任何明示或暗示的保证。

7. Limitation of Liability / 责任限制

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

我们不对因使用本应用而产生的间接或后果性损害承担责任。

8. Changes / 变更

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
